Do you ever feel like things in your life have been stuck despite your best efforts?

Access consciousness is a way to bring more choices and possibilities into our life, therefore, creating a life beyond what we thought was possible.

Our lives are a result of the programmes we have running in our subconscious mind, these programmes are based on our experiences from childhood, our perception of the world, our belief systems and past lives.

In order to step into something new and unlimited we must first stop limiting ourselves. To do this we use an energy technique called 'running barsí.

Having our bars run is a beautiful way of helping us to become unstuck so we can step into the expansivness of who we really are.

All the client has to do is lie on the bed while the therapist runs energy with their hands between the 32 different points on the head. It is a very gentle and relaxing process.

Having your bars run can help with mental issues, anxiety or addictions, it can be very relaxing and is the first step to letting all of life come to you with ease, joy and glory. An energetic face lift and body processes are also available.

The Alexander Technique is a simple and practical method for self-improvement and self-help. Anyone can benefit. Poise, vitality and coordination improve. Breathing and speaking become easier. Movement becomes freer lighter and more enjoyable.

Kundalini Yoga as Taught by Yogi Bhajan with Gillian Hoyle.

Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness and the awakening of the soul within the body. It works on unlocking the energy that resides at the base of the spine. As the energy rises through the body blockages are released, this helps to bring balance to our system and brings about greater clarity and awareness of our own being.

Breathing techniques and meditation are incorporated into the exercises to bring about a sense of peace and well-being. Any one of any age, shape or size can practice kundalini yoga. This beautiful system was brought to the west by Yogi Bhajan as he realised it was his mission and life's purpose to help us integrate these techniques into our busy and chaotic lives to help heal and connect ourselves to each other the world and the cosmos.
